reach is provided to you as a self-service software product. These Terms govern your access to and use of the reach website, application, and related services (together, the "Service"). Together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms displayed at checkout, they form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
"Account" means the personal user account you create to access the Service. "Customer Content" means any data you upload, generate, edit, or publish through the Service, including your CV, profile data, photos, survey answers, edits, and the resulting personal website. "Credits" means the prepaid units consumed when you use AI-generated features. "AI Output" means any text, code, layout, image suggestion, or other content that the Service produces using artificial-intelligence models. "Domain" means a custom internet domain name you register through our reseller integration with Name.com.
reach lets you create a personal website by uploading a CV, entering profile information, choosing a template, and answering a short questionnaire. An AI engine then generates an initial website which you can edit visually. You can publish the site on a free reach subdomain (yourname.joinreach.app) or, on a paid plan, connect a custom Domain. We provide hosting on third-party infrastructure.
reach is a tool. We do not write content for you, we do not verify the accuracy of anything you publish, and we do not endorse, monitor, or curate user websites. You are the sole author and publisher of your website.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use reach. By using the Service, you confirm that this is true. We do not knowingly allow accounts for minors, and we may delete any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your Account, including unauthorized access. Keep your credentials secret. Notify us immediately at dev@reach-the-world.com if you suspect misuse.
We may make a free version of the Service available, possibly including a limited number of AI Credits or trial features. Any free Credits, free generations, free hosting time, or other free benefits are provided at our sole discretion as a courtesy. You acquire no contractual right to free Credits, free Service, free generations, or any specific quota. We may change, reduce, suspend, or remove free benefits at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
Premium is a paid subscription, currently priced at USD 12 per month (or such other price as displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes). Premium includes a defined volume of Credits and access to features such as Custom Domain connection. Features and Credit volumes included with Premium may change; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions to existing paying subscribers.
Credits are prepaid units used to perform AI-driven actions. You can purchase additional Credits ("Top-Ups") at the prices shown in the Service. Credits and Top-Ups are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and have no monetary value outside the Service. Credits do not earn interest. They are not stored value, deposits, or financial instruments. Credits expire on the date stated at the time of purchase, and in any event upon termination of your Account.
Credit consumption is measured by us. Our records of Credit consumption are conclusive absent manifest error.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (currently Stripe) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal in your account settings. Top-Ups are charged immediately and are not subject to renewal.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your Account until payment is received. Prices are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
All payments — including subscription fees, Top-Up Credits, and any other amounts you pay us — are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise (for example, the EU statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, where it has not been waived). Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period.
Free and paid users may publish their website on a reach subdomain such as yourname.joinreach.app. We own the joinreach.app domain and all subdomains, and we grant you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use a specific subdomain in connection with the Service. We may reclaim, reassign, redirect, suspend, or terminate any subdomain at any time, including for inactivity, impersonation, abuse, legal reasons, trademark conflict, or any other reason we consider reasonable. You acquire no ownership, possessory, or trademark rights in any subdomain. Reclaiming a subdomain does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
Although a reach subdomain is technically operated under our parent domain joinreach.app, you alone are the publisher and author of every word, image, link, file, and statement appearing on your subdomain. The fact that your website is accessible under yourname.joinreach.app does not make us a co-publisher, co-author, editor, sponsor, endorser, or guarantor of your content. We act exclusively as a neutral host. The same rules of responsibility apply whether your website is published on a reach subdomain or on a custom Domain you registered through Name.com.
reach acts as a reseller of domain registration services provided by Name.com, Inc. ("Name.com"). When you purchase a Domain through the Service:
You authorise us to act on your behalf for the limited purpose of submitting your registration request to Name.com and configuring DNS so your Domain points to your reach-hosted website.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display, modify (as needed for formatting, scaling, generation, or backup), and otherwise process your Customer Content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for all Customer Content and for everything published on your website, regardless of whether your website is hosted on a reach subdomain (yourname.joinreach.app) or on a custom Domain. This includes:
We do not pre-screen Customer Content and we are not the publisher of any user website. reach is a neutral hosting and authoring tool within the meaning of § 8 et seq. of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG), Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), and 47 U.S.C. § 230, to the extent applicable. Our role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure on which you author and publish your own content.
If you believe that content published on a reach subdomain or on a website hosted by us is unlawful, infringes your rights, violates these Terms, or is otherwise objectionable, please send a notice to dev@reach-the-world.com including: (a) the exact URL of the content; (b) a description of the alleged violation and, where applicable, the right that is allegedly infringed; (c) your name, postal address, and email; and (d) a statement made in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate.
Once we receive a complete and credible notice, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice to the user, restrict access to, remove, suspend, or take down the affected content or website, and suspend the user's Account. We are not obliged to investigate the merits of any notice. Removal of content or suspension of an Account does not entitle the affected user to any refund or compensation.
Until we receive actual knowledge of unlawful content through such a notice or otherwise, we have no obligation to monitor user-published websites and accept no liability for their contents.
You agree not to use the Service, and not to allow anyone else to use the Service, to:
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, investigate, edit, remove, or refuse to host any Customer Content that we reasonably consider to violate these Terms or to expose us or any third party to risk.
The Service uses third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate text, layouts, suggestions, and other AI Output based on your inputs. AI Output may contain errors, hallucinations, biases, factual inaccuracies, fabricated quotes, broken code, or content that resembles material owned by third parties. AI Output is provided "as is" and you must independently review, verify, edit, and approve every part of your website before publishing.
You alone decide what to publish. By clicking publish, you confirm that the final content is your own statement and that you take full responsibility for it.
We do not guarantee that AI Output will be unique, original, free of third-party rights, accurate, current, fit for any particular purpose, or compliant with any law. Similar AI Output may be generated for other users.
Hosting is provided on third-party infrastructure (currently Supabase, Cloudflare, and similar providers, primarily located in the United States). We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but provide no uptime guarantee or service-level commitment. The Service may experience downtime, maintenance windows, latency, data loss, or other interruptions, including those caused by third-party providers, internet infrastructure, force-majeure events, or AI-provider outages.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any Customer Content that is important to you.
The Service, including the reach software, branding, designs, templates, prompts, AI pipelines, documentation, and all related intellectual-property rights, is and remains owned by Füger, Hahn & Pestka GbR or its licensors. We grant you only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content. As between you and us, AI Output generated specifically for you and incorporated into your website is yours, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying models, training data, or external content (for example, stock photos from Pexels) and to our continuing rights in the Service itself.
If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or compensation.
You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time through your account settings or by emailing dev@reach-the-world.com. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund of fees or unused Credits.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account, your published website, or any portion of the Service immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk for us, that a payment has failed, or for any other reason we consider serious. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, your published website may be taken offline, and any unused Credits are forfeited.
The Service, including all AI Output, all hosting, all Domain-related functionality, and all third-party integrations, is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, uptime, completeness, and freedom from harmful code. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Füger, Hahn & Pestka GbR, its partners, employees, contractors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, content, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the Service, these Terms, your Customer Content, your published website, your Domain, AI Output, or any third-party provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts actually paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
Without limiting the above, we are not liable for: (i) any errors, omissions, or unlawful content in your Customer Content or AI Output; (ii) any consequence of publishing, deploying, or removing your website; (iii) any failure, delay, or breach by Name.com, ICANN, any registry, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party provider; (iv) any loss of Customer Content; (v) any Domain dispute, suspension, expiry, or revocation; (vi) any consequence of relying on AI Output without independent verification.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law (for example, liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for personal injury caused by us, or under mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Füger, Hahn & Pestka GbR and its partners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claim, demand, action, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your Customer Content or your published website; (b) your Domain or its registration data; (c) your breach of these Terms or any law; (d) any third-party claim that your use of the Service infringes their rights; or (e) your use of AI Output.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is New York, NY, United States, to the extent permitted by law.
If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of that country that cannot be derogated from by agreement. The European Commission also provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are, however, not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable advance notice by email or in-app banner. Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective means you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that comes closest to the original intent.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or asset sale.
No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or governmental action.
English version controls. These Terms are made available in English. If we provide a translation for convenience, the English version controls in case of conflict.
